We had a blocked downpipe and while studying it we also noticed the guttering, facias and soffits were quite grubby.After researching online we decided to ask JetOWash to quote. The quote seemed reasonable so we proceeded.Daniel turned up exactly on time and set to work immediately.After a few minutes we realised that we were wrong. Five star service from point of quote to completion of the job. I previously used a local firm buf after they did not attend my property I call JetOWash. JetOWash were prompt, extremely curtious, completed the work in a timely mannor and the workwas better than I have ever see, no green lines or patches of faded oil that previous complanies have left me with.I have also used JetOWash for gutterings at several of my properties this year and within this specislist field they were equally as good. My wife and I were very impressed with this local company. We had recently purchased a property that had a large, unsightly amount of moss on the roof which we wanted removing. I initially made a telephone call to JETOWASH and was greeted by the friendly owner of the company, Daniel. He clearly explained the services he provides to his clients and suggested he come out and view our house to ascertain exactly how best to solve our issue. An appointment was made and Daniel arrived at our house at precisely the time arranged. He assessed the roof from the front and back and all other angles and then suggested the process required to remove the existing moss and the treatment they could apply to the roof to prevent further growth. Daniel knows his stuff and was ready to answer all my questions. I felt I was dealing with an honest, reputable company and at no point did I feel 'pressured' into using the services of his company. His visit was followed by an emailed quotation, which I received that afternoon. A few days later, the JETOWASH boys (Dan and Josh) turned up at the allotted time and soon got to work. They started at 9.00am and finished the job around 4.30pm. Dan and Josh were friendly, efficient and hard-working. After removing the moss, they soft-washed the roof and later applied a special anti-fungicidal treatment to the roof tiles. To complete the job, they also cleaned the UPVC gutters, facia boards and soffits and then bagged up all the mess and swept and hosed down the patio, drive and footpath. I would also like to add that Dan and Josh used top-notch equipment and adhered to safe working practices throughout the day - oh, and they did a thoroughly brilliant job! The JetOWash team cleaned my roof after a 23 year build up of moss and lichen on the house roof and detached garage roof. Their staff performed and excellent job of removing the moss and then applying a softwash to the roof . They also did a great of of replacing any exisiting broken tiles whilst doing the clean. I'm very happy with the work they have carried out and can not recommend enough if you're looking for a professional company to do the job right the first time. I'm sure I'll see you guys again soon. Very pleased with the service we received from Jet O Wash. Right from the initial enquiry for a quote all communication was prompt. Daniel was polite & friendly. Daniel and his colleague worked really hard for a full day manually removing moss from our roof & clearing out the gutters. A couple of loose tiles were replaced for us and the roof has been treated to delay further build up of moss & lichen. Everything was left clean& tidy.
