Jennifer Winder Photography

We have used Jennifer for multiple photo shoots and events, and I cannot recommend her enough.  Her work is beautiful, and captures not just how you look. .. but more importantly, the bond of relationships and the magic of moments.  She is known as THE go-to photographer for a wide circle of families and events, develops a real rapport with her subjects and is masterful with kids and animals.  She invests the time to learn about what you want, takes plenty of time during the shoot itself (and the shots are NEVER cookie-cutter,) and is committed afterwards to editing and delivering photos that are truly extraordinary.  I know I treasure the images I have, and every time I check out Jennifer's Facebook page I smile at the beautiful, poignant moments she has captured for so many people.  Jennifer Winder is first rate, on all metrics, and a true find in the Denver area.  I read the negative review with a high-degree of skepticism.  All I can think is that bride wanted out of paying or had some ax to grind unrelated to the photography... and is now being retaliatory, which unfortunately is easy to do in this day and age, or is a competitor in disguise.  And also, if you scroll down further, there are many other reviews which Yelp does not show for some reason... all of which are uniformly as terrific as mine.  Most predate the negative review, so aren't be an attempt to rebut someone's sour-grapes vent, but people's genuine recommendations.  I am disappointed in Yelp for giving the one negative review such prominence, and not showing or factoring in the unanimously positive others into the rating and making it so hard for people to get a true perspective.  Maybe I'm lucky mine isn't also hidden.(I am in no way affiliated with the business; but find it so frustrating that it can be hard to get objective, balanced information, from Yelp.  What's the deal, Yelp?) Jennifer has been taking our family pictures for almost 5 years.  She's very accommodating of all our location requests (even including research and site visits to the requested location prior to our scheduled day) and adding in additional family members, even our dog!  We have 2 young boys and Jennifer is amazing with them, catching their sweet moments.  There are always so many wonderful pictures to choose from afterwards!We just booked our pictures for this summer and I can't wait!  I would highly recommend Jennifer, she really cares about her customers, listens to their needs and discusses ideas prior to the shoot. Absolutely wonderful!  My daughter was very nervous about having her Senior pictures taken.  She told me that she just wasn't photogenic and we shouldn't bother trying to get a good photos.  Boy was she wrong!  Jennifer took amazing pictures of my reluctant teen!  The session was fun and Jennifer took her time to make sure that my daughter was relaxed.  She took plenty of pictures as well so we have a lot to choose from.  We didn't feel rushed and Jennifer took the time to find out about my daughter's interests and preferences to custom design the shoot.  Our only problem now will be narrowing it down to just one for the yearbook.
