A clear brief is a good place to start, the more detail the better. Not everyone knows exactly what they want, which is fine. If you just give me as much information as you can and any ideas you would like me to try, I'll do the rest. If you have a logo and specific images that you would like included, these can be emailed to me or sent via WeTransfer, along with any text to be included.

If the work is required for a specific deadline we can work out a timeline so there is plenty of time for any amendments required.

The most popular products are business stationery (letterhead, business cards, compliment slips), marketing materials (flyers, leaflets, booklets, brochures, banners, presentation folders etc), packaging, menus, stickers/labels, greetings cards, postcards and calendars. However, I also cater for a range of bespoke printing so welcome any requests for something a bit out of the ordinary. I am experienced in preparing files for print requiring special finishes, such as spot UV, foiling and die cutting.

I start by doing my research. This includes reading your brief through carefully, looking at your website and social media pages to get a feel for your current branding and making notes on any ideas I have. Next I roughly layout how I think the designs might look, and discard any that don't work. Then I'll work on developing the ones that do, whilst referring back to the brief to ensure I have met all your criteria. Once, I'm happy with them, I will email you over the proofs to consider and come back to me with any feedback you might have. From there, I will make any changes requested to develop the design until you are happy with it.

Honestly, the thing that gives me the most satisfaction is having a happy client at the end of a project :-)

I started the business to meet the demand of local businesses requiring quality, competitively priced business stationery and marketing materials. Design has always been a hobby of mine and with my background in this industry and a degree in business studies, it felt like an obvious choice.
