I had my Headshots done by Jennifer earlier this year and honestly haven't got round to writing this review as I have been in constant castings and a theatre tour since. She honestly has captured me in my truest form. No extra touched up headshots and an honest representation of me and my features. She goes to the effort of watching your show reel, looking at your casting and making informed choices to help you bring the right tops, jackets and jewellery to the session. Jenny was amazing!! She was so warm and welcoming and made sure I was completely comfortable. I had no idea how to pose, but she literally explained that all I needed to do was to be myself and just be free, she gave me some tips and poses to try out which was so helpful!
We took so many shots, and throughout the whole session she was always complimenting and reassuring me that I was doing a great job.
We took loads of photos in different settings - particularly outside, and my goodness the outcome of the photos are brilliant. I am so so happy with them! It was a wonderful experience, and I honestly couldn't have imagined and asked for a better session AND person other than Jenny. (I went for the 2.5 hour session). Thank you so much Jenny!

Since I've had my headshots done with Jennifer I have had many more commercial castings! The headshots are natural and look like me - something which I have struggled to find with previous headshots I've had done.
The day was very overcast and cloudy and we weren't sure we were going to get a good set - at the time I was a bit worried. But Jennifer knows exactly what she's doing and even though we didn't shoot outside, it didn't matter! Great range of shots were taken and I had so many to choose from!
I would recommend Jennifer for those of you who are looking for headshots that look exactly like you with a chilled, calm, organised session.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
You need to have a natural eye for composition and the ability to spot a great photo in every situation. Also you need to know how to use the light. It's all about the good light! Plus it helps alot if you are good with people. This is a strong suit of mine. Clients always comment how easy I make it for them. A relaxed subject is a photogenic one and it's my job to help people feel good when they sit for me.

What do you love most about your job?
I love photographing people, actors and individuals from all walks of life. I love meeting people, getting to know them for a short while and sending them away with images that capture something about them and make them look great. The same goes when I cover events and special occasions. I really enjoy catching everyone looking their best and all the beautiful moments and details, and I take the time to give that attention and coverage. I come from a background in acting and started off photographing actor friends who needed headshots. Fast forward a few years it's become my photographic specialism. And these days it's not just actors who need to maintain an online presence, I've branched out into corporate headshots too, whether its for individuals with their LinkedIn professional profiles or for companies and their teams.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love taking photos and seeing the world through the eyes of a camera. One day I took the plunge to begin investing in turning it from an interest to a business. And here I am years later loving my work & my clientbase.

I have a talent for working with people and putting them at ease, which is a very important quality for a photographer.
