I went to see Rhiannon for help with a chronic muscle and ligament problem in my foot. She worked out a lot of the pain, and I've been to see her for treatments twice since. She's very communicative and explains everything. She also showed me some techniques to use at home that have been useful. The appointments are a great value, as well. As a singer, I went to Rhiannon for help with neck and shoulder tension. She was brilliant throughout the session and suggested a variety of stretches for me to do going forwards.
