I had been injured a while back and was having some difficulty finding my " mojo " back at the gym. I was talking with a friend who was telling me about Jeff and his background . . So I went straight up to him and just starting talking to him . He was knowledgable about my situation . Exercises I should be doing . And ways to get back some strength by eating proper foods . It was a no brainer.. I had to hire this guy . And I did. Through a short amount of time I understood that I had been doing lots of stuff wrong . I changed my food and followed instructions. Jeff was great. Puts up with my annoying text messages and helps even when I am not training on that day or week . I got lucky in finding him . I got my mojo back and it's because of him. I design your program for you for the entire length of your package. All programs will consist of resistance training, cardio, and flexibility. You'll have a set plan for every day that you are in the gym whether you are meeting with me or you are working alone that day. I also work on a nutrition plan with you. Nutrition is the most important part of reaching your goal. I will help you make a plan and based on your progress will help you make adjustments along the way as we figure out what works and doesn't work for your body. I say "help you" make a program because the nutrition program needs to be based on foods you like to eat otherwise you won't follow it!
