James does a very professional and thorough job with his decorating. By giving you an overall rough price and no set timescale he sets your expectations well and ensures the job isn’t rushed. When decorating our house James went the extra mile by coating every last skirting board precisely and was even good enough to install a door stop to stop our front door banging the wall and ruining the plaster. We are very pleased with the work completed by James. He is a very approachable chap and could advise when we were unsure of exactly what we wanted. Communication was very good even though I was out at work during the day. He would call or text to keep me informed of anything that needed clarifying. We have used many decorators for different projects but J E Property by far the most professional contractors we have had. The finish is superb and attention to detail first class. They completed both houses to an exceptional standard, one new build and one extensive renovation. Great job from James' team. Fitted us in at shortish notice (couple of weeks) for a 3-4 day job in the centre of Worcester re-decorating a studio flat in an old Victorian property. I was a little apprehensive getting in a painter/decorater as I'd had previous bad experiences and my kitchen needed a spruce up with some awkward jobs that needed fling. Right from the off James came and had a solution for every problem area in my kitchen. His confident friendly manner will put you at ease straight away. The final result is great! James and Shane worked hard improvising ways to decorate. I needed some plastering done also but after removing the old paper some of my walls were in a state back to brick. James ended up doing way more correcting than we thought he would need to do but cracked on with it, never complaining about the extra time or materials for the job. James and his team very a very good job in decorating three rooms in my flat in Worcester. From the initial e-mail enquiry the service was prompt and very professional. I was not at the flat to see the work being done but James provided updates by e-mail with photos. James was very helpful giving advice & ideas for our daughters bedroom so we decided to accept his very competitive quote. He could also give us a firm date which we required as it needed to fit in with our timescale for completing the room. James was very punctual & kept us up to date with the progress. We had a wonderful experience with James and his colleague Nigel, they did a fantastic job both quickly and with a brilliant standard of finish. We had very bold pattern on the wallpaper but it was matched perfectly. To the extent where the tops of the flowers were aligned with a spirit level! We had two walls pasted with wallpaper and one painted with a very bright colour and they were expertly applied! We are over the moon with the end result!We have a VERY friendly and energetic dog who liked to help out and try to eat the paste but James and co were very nice and accommodating, they even made him an honorary assistant for the day!Overall we are very happy with the decision to hire James, he gave us an amazing quote and the finish of his work is outstanding. He even went to the extra trouble of completely fixing our kitchen door for us whilst waiting for the paint to dry, showing just how kind and helpful he and his team are.Would definitely hire him again!
