He resolved our problem of a difficult deadbolt in a very good manner and in very good time. We had been told by another UPVC company that it 'couldn't be mended and we would need to replace the whole door'. .. but John managed to source the replacement parts, installed them in a very short space of time, and saved us a lot of time and money! I was surprised at the speed of the service. John provided a precis of possible charges on the phone. Upon examination he thought that my original thoughts of a broken lock were possibly premature in that he felt that the problem was due to dirt in the upvc locking device on the door. He then stripped the mechanism down and serviced it and finally adjusting the door hinges. A very pleasant man who provides an old fashioned brilliant honest service.
