Jason has been our personal trainer since a year, he regularly conducts circuits in Bedford once a week , he is a true professional, kind and easily approachable. He made us all alot fitter than when we first started. He motivates us all with his simple techniques, all his sessions are fun and enjoyable, he breaks them into short routines, easy to follow. Jason (EnduroFitUK) is amazing - he is highly motivating, funny, and very knowledgeable. His every workout session is different, so that you won’t get bored. As much as I love � our boot camp team �1-2-1 session with Jason today was brilliant!!! He worked with me through the whole session to make sure I achieve my best� I am in pain now and I know tomorrow will be the worst��but every minute was worth it as it’s one step closer to my dream to be a yummy mummy�thank you for your effort tonight���

I went to Jason’s boot camp session and running session last week and both of them were amazing! It was great to work out with such an experienced and committed trainer and a friendly group. Jason made such an effort to make sure everyone understood what they were doing and really connected personally with each person. The boot camp involved a huge range of exercises so it was the perfect way to get a full body work out. After the two sessions, I knew I wanted a PT session with Jason. We worked on my weak points and he made the session fun, not doing any exercise more than once. I strongly recommend Jason to anyone regardless of their fitness level or background! More...

I have been going to Jason's bootcamps for several weeks now and each week has been different. All sessions are a challenge, even when you feel like giving up Jason is telling you to keep going (so no losing count on those burpees). He also modifies the exercise to suit the individual.
