Jason was such an ease to work with when he photographed our wedding a few weeks back. He arrived on time and just blended right in to let us do our thing while getting all the beautiful, natural shots we were looking for. Jason arrived on time and got shooting straight away. He was discrete, polite but made the most of every photo opportunity. Jason took on board our wishes along with specific shots we wanted as well as finding those magic moments on the day. The photos far exceeded our expectations! They not only captured the grand traditional style of our ceremony but the more relaxed and fun aspect of our reception. So we picked Jason as his portfolio was extremely good and previous references seemed great. Jason was a pleasure to contract out for his photography skills. His attention to detail was great from the booking process, answering emails and his service on the day. He was also very competitively priced. He worked his magic on the day and just worked hard seamlessly in the background. Despite our wedding being in peak season, Jason managed to get us our wedding photos over to us in a surprisingly short space of time and even gave us a small handful of teaser photos within a couple of days of the wedding. Jason was recommended to us via another photographer we’d approached to photograph our wedding but who wasn’t available. We took a look at his site and liked what we saw and his pricing is very reasonable (in fact it’s cheap compared to what many wedding photographers asked). We didn’t want tonnes of staged photos. We wanted a few group shots - mainly for the family album - then we just wanted someone who could capture our day as it unfolded, and someone who’d capture the moments we weren’t going to see. It’s a big leap of faith when selecting a wedding photographer and you never really know how photos are going to turn out until you see them. Thankfully, our leap was well rewarded as Jason sent us (in the timeframe agreed) around 500 photos that captured so many moments from our wedding day. Looking through them brought back the happy memories. He also sent us all the other photos he took that he thought weren’t as good (think odd faces, eyes shut etc.) on a pen drive for us to look through in case we wanted some of those anyway. Jason’s unassuming demeanour means he just blended in to the wedding day, wandering around, taking photos of whatever caught his eye and we barely noticed him, other than when we were posing for particular shots. Jason did a fantastic job of recording our special day with his beautiful photographs - he really does care about doing a great job. He is engaging with a real eye for some of the more original locations and compositions, which gave our photographs a genuinely unique feel. He handled the posed photographs excellently, making sure everything was right without detaining everyone longer than he had to. During the day he unobtrusively captured candid moments of all the guests at our wedding and the results are in turns beautiful, funny and touching. I cannot speak highly enough of Jason and the amazing photographs he produced for us on our wedding day.From the very start when we called to book him, to the very end when we received our images, Jason was super professional. He made us feel at ease right away and we were confident he was going to do a smashing job. We had an in-depth chat on the phone about what we wanted and a few emails leading up to the wedding as well just to make sure timings and details were in place. On the day itself, Jason arrived promptly and got to work straight away. One thing that struck me is the fact that we barely knew he was there. He was snapping away while we were busy enjoying our day which was absolutely how we wanted it. Perfect.The resulting images were incredible. Just Wow!!Jason's level of creative imagination is like no other. We both knew that we wanted a photographer who would know just how to capture our day without us feeling like we were on parade. As soon as we saw Jason's portfolio we loved the natural feel to his photographs and the way they really catch the human emotion involved. We arranged to meet him and instantly fell for his laid-back approach and his dedication to his art form.

In the run up to the day Jason was super responsive to any questions we had. On the day itself, Jason was focused, fun and chilled. We wanted photos to remember our day by but we didn't want to spend it posing for the camera. Jason was brilliant - he had a clear idea of what photos would work and how to get the right shot. He directed us efficiently and put up with my constant getting involved (!), all while putting us at ease and - importantly - ensuring we got to enjoy every second of the day.

We were absolutely thrilled with the end results. We have photos that really represent our wedding day - not only is there a lovely mix of shots, but each and every one shows off the beauty of our venue and the happiness that we all felt that day. We couldn't have wished for better. Jason sent us a few "teasers" within a week and we had the whole lot (over 500 photos) just over a fortnight later. Everyone who has seen them has complimented us on them and asked who our photographer was. Jason is a hugely talented, lovely and humble man, and we can't recommend him highly enough.

We should also mention that Jason brought a second photographer, Andy, with him to our wedding and together they captured different angles and gave us a really broad range of shots. Andy was super friendly and he and Jason made a great team. We were delighted with all the photos we received.

We could not have asked for a more professional and accomodating photographer than Jason. His passion for photography and his great character allowed us to enjoy every minute with him. It is really inspiring to watch him practice his craft.

He was also very flexible, being able to manage our expectations and needs, which was a two day pre-wedding photography session, at two locations, London and Wales. Always there for us.

Working with Jason was very easy in that he was very responsive to questions, efficient paperwork before the day and he was happy to meet up with us anywhere we wanted to discuss ideas. He turned up well before the time and was very unobtrusive apart from when taking the formal photos, and this enabled him to capture lovely moments which translated into delightful photos. I had the pleasure of having Jason as my wedding photographer recently where he exhibited true professionalism, catching moments beautifully whether planned or spontaneous. I met Jason at the photography course he was running and found him to be not only a great teacher but very easy to get on with. His photos on the website are fantastic and my (now) wife and I thought his style was really what we wanted for our wedding.

It was very hassle free arranging the day with Jason. He was organised and communicated well with us and our guests. He is passionate about his work and we knew the photos would be great even before we saw them.

We now have the finished photos and are so pleased with them. He has captured moments that defined the magic of our day. They are stylish and have a bit of "the street art" about them which is Jason's style and what we like about him.
