Box4fitness is an excellent class. It is different every session which makes it fun and interesting. The whole body is worked every session and you always feel great at the end of the session. Jason is great and really makes you feel at ease, no matter your ability. Great bunch of people in the class too which makes you want to come back every week. I have never stuck at any fitness class like this one. I would recommend it to anyone no matter your age or ability. More...

Box4Fitness is the best fitness class I have ever been to & stuck at, I was addicted from the 1st session! Jason is a great PT and not only encourages & motivates you but also teaches you the correct techniques to ensure you are getting the best out of every session. The workout & fitness you achieve through these classes is amazing! All the girls are really welcoming & makes going even more enjoyable! I never find it difficult to motivate myself to go to boxercise class! Love it & recommend anyone reading this to definitely give it a go! More...

I joined kickboxing with no experience in martial arts, however I now go twice a week and really love it. I have learnt a lot of techniques while improving my fitness at the same time The coach and the group of women in the class are friendly and welcoming. Each class is fun ,different and pushes you each week!! I would definitely recommend trying it out for yourself. Thank you Jason : ) More...

Jason's boxing classes are just what I was looking for. I was looking to improve my cardiovascular fitness for my netball matches and I've seen a huge difference. The sessions are high intensity and no sessions is the same. We do lots of combination pad work which I really enjoy, as well as a range of different exercises. I would definitely recommend Jason's classes for a fun, friendly environment to improve overall fitness. More...

I've been attending ladies box4fitness for almost a year now and this is the longest I've ever stuck at an exercise class for. What I really like about the class is it pushes me to work hard but in a friendly, comfortable environment. The routines are easy to pick up and Jason changes the routines from week to week so it never gets boring or repetitive. I've been working with Jason over the past few months to re-gain my fitness, get in shape and get my confidence back with my health and fitness. Jason has been an excellent trainer and support both in group classes and one to one sessions. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable on a number of different methods to ensure the best approach for you. I'm incredibly pleased with what I have achieved in a short space of time and have completed work outs I didn't think I could do before but thanks to the help and guidance of Jason I am achieving more and more each time. I started training with Jason almost a year ago with the initial aim of losing weight, however as well as helping me to lose almost a stone in weight within a couple of months, the difference in my health, fitness and strength is unbelievable! As well as the one to one training sessions Jason encouraged me to attend the Ladies Box4fitness classes and I'm so glad he did - they are so much fun and the girls there are so welcoming and supportive. The classes are extremely varied, fun and always focused to ensure the right techniques and to get the best results. I've never got bored or lost motivation as you're always learning something new and pushing yourself that little bit harder. I have been doing box4fitness for a couple of weeks, I had not done anyform of exercise for a few years & i must admit the first couple of classes was hard but also enjoyable. If you are looking for all round fitness this is the class for you.What i love about box4fitness is it is like walking into a new class everytime you go. I love the fact that it is all girls & they are all lovely & very freindly. The trainers are very motivating & encouraging. No two classes are the same which keeps it exciting. If you want to tone every part of your body & up your fitness levels then this is the class for you. Discovered this class through a promotion they had for new members back in the winter. Initially had the idea of just using the classes that the deal involved but now I'm absolutely hooked and loving it! I've only been going for a couple of months to Box4fitness and I'm already feeling the benefits. The class activities are always different which keeps my interest and motivation and it's just a cracking workout. I already feel fitter and people have started to notice. I feel like I have more energy and at the end of every class I'm always glad I went (even though I'm laid flat out on the floor at the end). Me and my partner have been having weekly workouts with Jason for 4 weeks and after following his advice and diet plan I honestly feel the best I've ever felt. I've gone from feeling rubbish to feeling amazing in 4 weeks and I've already signed up for a 5K run and half marathon! I can't recommend him enough. I have no idea what I should do in a gym, what clothes to wear, equipment to use etc and<span id="moreReview546367" class="hide"> he talks you through everything. My partner and I have just started training with Jason, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer. Very motivational and positive.
