Jason Charles Jewellery

I recently had a dilemma and needed to buy an engagement ring for my fiancé (she did say yes). I had three jewellery businesses scheduled for a visit and Jason Charles was first on the list. I sat down with Jason and had in my mind an idea of what I wanted but had no idea how to explain or express my concept. Jason was methodical in his approach and has some exceptional design software which allows him to build the framework of a 3D model before your very eyes... not only did he help with the design and had some really great ideas of his own but he was able to send over 3D images of the ring in a matter of days.I was so impressed with the professional manner of Jason and the wider group who work at Jason Charles Jewellery that I did not go and see the other two Jewellers, I think if you know, you just know ... and with the way they handle me (I am a difficult character) and the ideas they shared all the way through to the customer service and friendly nature of the people, I didn't feel pressured and for something so important, you have to choose the right business.I would have absolutely no reservation in advising anyone to go and spend time in the shop, some great product on the shelves and to be frank, what a great crowd.Wedding Rings and other jewellery items I need in the future, wherever I live, I will come back to these guys time and time again.Thank you Jason, Beverley and the whole team for just being magnificent.Peter More...
