I first met Jane when we studied together for a short while. I had two coaching sessions with Jane as I was having challenges with my own coaching practice , the direction to take my practice in and what that might look like for me. The sessions involved working on my confidence and limiting beliefs in the first instance and then setting clear goals. I will be in touch with Jane again when I need to review these.
