I have been doing Personal Training with James from EffectusFit for 18months now and have really seen the results! Losing 15kg and 3 dress sizes! !! Not only that but my strength has increased and he really helped me regain the strength in my left leg after after a bad accident I had in 2014! Nutrition and exercise advise has really helped me thanks James! so worthwhile going to them I've done<span id="moreReview636219" class="hide"> classes with Ricky as well and he is also extremely knowledgeable and the pair of them are very supportive thanks guys x.</span> More...

I have been working alongside James for over 2 years and find him to be a fantastic professional.
I am also a Personal Trainer and would have no hesitation in recommending James as an excellent health and fitness coach.

I wanted to kick boost my fitness before I started going to the gym. James definitely helped. I have lost weight and toned up during the process. Every week we did something new. I did not get bored in any of the sessions and thoroughly enjoyed them. I feel my fitness levels have improved drastically. People have noticed a difference in the short amount of time I have been training with James. I've always wanted to improve my fitness levels and tone up. In the past I've joined gyms, paying extortionate fees to fumble around on machines that I had no idea how to use properly, only to end up frustrated, intimidated and no nearer my goals. So I gave up until a month ago when a friend recommended James after achieve amazing results with him. I contacted James through his facebook page and<span id="moreReview409848" class="hide"> he replied promptly offering a free consultation at my home. On meeting James I was immediately put at ease by his friendly manner, he arrived on time and ran through the service he offers. James asked about my goals, my health and fitness and explained the nutritional support he gives. I was impressed so I booked a block of sessions as well as James's boxercise classes. I haven't looked back, in the past month I've been having one PT session a week and attending two of the three classes that James runs (at sumners leisure centre, Harlow), and it's the best thing I've ever done. I've found I have more energy and strength, I sleep better, I've lost cm's from my waist and hips and feel the best I've ever felt. The sessions and classes are always fun and varied, So much so that I actually look forward to exercising. "Iv been going to James' s Boxercise classes since June 2011, I wanted to get fit and lose a bit of weight, James asked if i wanted to try his classes, Iv enjoyed everyone I have been to since. "I worked with James from January 2011 - April 2011, I had a family Holiday in May and wanted to look my best. Whilst working with James i noticed improvements in my health, this was particularly pleasing as health is something i find important to myself as i get older. I became lot fitter and noticed my weight going down as i was losing 0.4kg each week. Since July this year I have been having one to one personal training sessions with James twice a week, James keeps me motivated when I want to give up :( and makes sure each session has variation and we have fun! James either trains me at my home or outside which I much prefer to being stuck in a gym. James has also written me a nutrition plan! I am a vegetarian and I lacked protein and was<span id="moreReview269689" class="hide"> consuming far too many carbohydrates, James has reviewed my food diary and has suggested new ideas and high protein foods to add into my diet which have been much more beneficial to my weight loss. I also attend James's Boxercise class on a Wednesday evening 18.30 - 19.30 at Sumners Leisure Centre in Harlow this is a great way to have fun whilst also getting a full body work out! I leave the class each week feeling hot and sweaty with my heart pounding and actually feel like I have worked hard which of course is important to losing weight.
