When trying to find our photographer, we had a few options in mind, but James stood out to us. He was extremely helpful, responded quickly and even offered to meet us at our venue to go through what we wanted. He stayed in regular contact from the booking until our wedding day, so we felt at ease that he was prepared, and I didn’t have a worry about him not turning up! On the day, he was brilliant from start to finish! He arrived on time, put us all at ease yet stayed professional. Our guests have complimented how good he was and how he just blended in. The polaroid shots went down a treat and some of my guests now have lovely keepsakes from our day. Having recently received our photos, we are so happy as James managed to capture the whole day perfectly. We asked for more natural shots and that’s exactly what we have. James arrived on time and immediately put us all at ease with his friendly, professional manner. He worked hard to find good shots in our tiny house. The rain didn't deter him and he managed to get some amazing photos in unusual settings. He made the most of the brief window of sunshine to grab the group photos and didn't stop working until after the first dance. We decided to use James after he photographed my sister-in law's wedding. We loved his photos and he was reasonably priced compared to others in the Cotswold's area. Travel for him wasn't an issue. He was prompt, very discreet on the day and got some great natural photos of everyone, which we both love. He was great with communications and prompt in sending us our photos and designing the wedding album for us. This man is amazing!
We had such a fantastic day and are thrilled to have chosen James to be a huge part of it.
James captured everything we wanted from the day and more.
His attention to detail is outstanding and he did not just capture the important people, but the photos show that he captured even the small details and essence of the day that took the time to plan.
He is extremely professional and blended in, where we did not notice too much that he was there (helped to capture the natural shots). He is friendly and made our guests feel relaxed, where we received many compliments from them.
The time is took to get our photos was truly incredible and the communication from him is second to none.
The photos are perfect and we shed quite a few tears looking back at them. It is sad that the day went so quickly, but words can not express how grateful we are to James and everything he has done to give us these memories to treasure forever.

What can I say about James? If you want an incredibly professional but fun photographer for a BARGAIN price, look no further! He clearly knows what he is doing and is VERY good at it. He goes the extra mile and works VERY hard ALL day - I don’t think he stopped for food or drink all day and it paid off (for us anyway) in the BEAUTIFUL photos we received! In addition, from feedback I have had from other brides, James got the photos back to us very quickly (we waited less than a month!) and we have sooooo many pictures which is fab because we can choose as many as we want to print off etc. Don’t waste time looking for anyone else, James is all you will need to capture your perfect day, thanks!!! If you are looking for a professional, hard working photographer who produces fantastic photographs for your wedding then please look no further than James Taylor photography! I am over the moon with the work James put in on my big day. He is professional throughout and his communication is outstanding! I naturally am very camera shy and don't feel very photogenic but James captured both natural and formal photos of my guests, husband and I. He blends into the background and you hardly know he is there. He is also very creative with his photographs and some of the funny photos he suggested are in fact my favourites! From the very start all communication was very professional and left nothing for us to worry about. You put me instantly at ease when you arrived on the morning of the wedding and I hardly knew you were there :-) We loved how you managed to take the important shots so quickly with fantastic results and the natural pictures you took were amazing and have captured the day beautifully. James was fantastic from start to finish. He is exceptionally responsive to all questions and emails and is the ultimate professional.
On the day, he arrived exactly when he said and stayed longer than we had agreed as he wanted to do the best job possible.
When it comes to the quality of the photographs, myself and my husband are blown away. They capture the day perfectly. I cannot recommend James enough. The photographs are such an integral part of your wedding and we are so so happy James was our photographer!

I'm not sure where to begin!!! I'd spoke with my now husband nearly 2 years before our big day and said let's book our photographer.
I came across James Taylor and had a look through his online albums which were stunning. He captured the days really well. We arranged to have a tailor package which allowed us to have from prep up till about 8pm. James was very professional and was keen to meet us at our venue to get an idea of how best to capture our day. He has a brilliant eye for detail. James captured our wedding day spectacularly and we couldn't of asked for a better photographer. He blended into our wedding party so well. Can't thank James enough for all his hard work and capturing out special day. If you are getting married and want stunning photos to look back on, in years to come. Look no further than booking James.
