I’ve been attending James’ boot camp twice a week for the last few months and I’m noticing a massive improvement in my strength and speed. I like to use a combination of resistance training and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to develop lean mass while reducing body fat.

The training will be tailored to you. I will push you hard but not beyond what you are capable of. There is also constant support away from training on things like diet advice and sessions to do in your own time.

I love motivating people to become more active and installing positive change in their lifestyle.

I have been a professional rugby player for 10 years and wanted to continue in the health and fitness /sports industry.

I've a wealth of knowledge from working in elite sport. It has also taught me good communication and leadership skills which I believe helps me get the best out of you.
