Without a doubt the best personal trainer in Bristol.I always struggled with my weight. I tried multiple diets, classes, detoxes, I even hired 2 personal trainers before Jakub and sadly nothing helped! I felt useless!After I had my last baby I decided to give it a go one last time. When I was looking for a personal trainer, Jakub stood out head and shoulders above the rest as he was proactive and professional enough to get back to me quickly once I had made some online enquiries.
His free consultation and taster session were incredibly helpful as I realised Jakub’s approach to my goals of weight loss, toning and overall better health was going to work well for me.
What’s more, Jakub makes it as easy as possible to train as he is flexible in coming to you and/or indulging outdoor/gym training, which works brilliantly around a busy job and little free time. Who knew I could get so hot and achieve such results within the confines on my own living room!
After just a handful of weeks I have lost a stone with Jakub’s help (including good diet advice) and general weekly planning to hit targets. His consultative yet firm style combined with a very bespoke work-out plan that Jakub takes the time to produce and adapt for every session is really helping me in getting to my ultimate goal.
Somehow Jakub manages to make even the toughest of sessions do-able and even enjoyable! I would highly recommend Jakub if you are looking for a PT who ticks all the boxes.

Consistency... You can have the best workout routine in the whole world...
