The most amazing effective classes taught by informative, friendly but tough PT's which get the results I've struggled for years to unsuccessfully reach at other fitness locations, a non intimidating environment which makes the first time gym person to the super fit really welcome. Go on try them!

Weekly PT there and great atmosphere. If you want to join in on the classes or just want to learn (by asking a ton of questions which i do) either way it's a great place to train and find out how to get where you want to be. ��

I genuinely cannot recommend FLS enough. Since starting in January I've seen a massive transformation, not only in how I look and feel but the way I look at fitness. They classes are tough but the guys really take the time to help coach even in the busier sessions. It's a fun, friendly and super welcoming environment. I've been training down at FLS for some months now doing my own gym sessions and occasionally taking part in a class or two. It's a great place to train- sound people who are all like minded in their training mentality- non judgemental and motivational!

Jackjon is a top PT. I was going to the gym lifting weights but not improving massively and Jackjon has sorted all that out telling me where I was going wrong, what I should be doing & giving me some personalised plans to stick to whilst at the gym!! He is very professional but at the same time a down to earth guy you can have a laugh with but will also push you to your limits and get very last drop of energy and sweat out of you. I can not recommend his PT sessions enough!!! I have seen some really pushy PT's who just want to sell their product however Jackjon is not like this and is easy going and will fit his schedule around yours and there is never an obligation to have a session unlike I have seen with some PT's!!! If anyone is thinking about getting a PT use Jackjon you will see the difference........

I also love his 8 week metabolic challenge's it's completely different to anything you will do in the gym, the sessions are tough but they are miles better than going to pound the treadmill for 60 minutes and the results are very rewarding!! You get to work out with a great bunch of people and have a laugh :) Over the past 2 challenges I have really seen my overall fitness improve massively so it does really work!!

Excellent training facility with top notch PT's who really know their stuff. I've trained with Tibbsy for most of this year and I'm feeling great for it. Much fitter than I've ever really been and a hell of a lot stronger. I've gone from barely being able to do a proper press-up to now squatting and deadlifting 100kg. I've been a member of his Spartans training group for a while and this has been great for improving my endurance as well as my strength. The new class timetable at FLS offers lots of different workouts that all suit me, can't wait to get stuck into it! Keep it going guys! More...

A welcome awaits ,the trainers take time out to try to judge the individuals within the classes,the classes are fun where each person works to their own pace,nudged along in a considerate yet meaningful way.
The classes are kept light hearted by knowledgeable trainers,competiveness is encouraged not to go up against each other but to challenge the individual to achieve greater goals.
My partner recently joined and was welcomed into the family atmosphere created by the trainers it's not the best
Equipped gym in the world but this is more than made up for by intelligent use of training equipment
I would recommend that you see for yourself go down and meet the people,because it's people that make the place.

After years of trying to get motivated to lose some much needed weight, a friend introduced me to FLS Fitness and their 8 Week Challenge.
When I first walked in, I didn’t know what to think. It’s not how you imagine a gym in the traditional sense.. no rows of treadmills and cross trainers.. what would we be doing?
From the very first day, the trainers and other members made me feel so welcome. Whatever your current level of fitness, they are full of advice and will find an exercise variation to suit you and make sure that you are getting the most out of each session. The combination of the tailored macros and inventive classes have meant that I feel much fitter and lost 11kg over the 8 weeks. Although I still have a long way to go, I know that this is the place that will make it happen. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

I hate going to the gym but needed to get fit, so I thought I would give the 8 week challenge bootcamp a try as it was something different. Not going to lie it is HARDCORE but weirdly great fun at the same time. Fantastic bunch of people to work out with, who encourage each other throughout and a great PT Jackjon who pushes you to your limits but you are thankful after. Can't recommend highly enough so come and see for yourself. Can't wait for the next challenge in April.....BRING IT ON More...

I started using Tibbs around June as a personal trainer at a local gym and started doing the Primal Combat and Boot camp classes around August.Both the personal training and the classes are amazing.I had all but given up on personal trainers as I found they set goals and weights which were easily achievable and the programs provided seemed to be generic rather than be focused on my needs and desires. To me these trainers provided nothing different to working out on my own as I felt I pushed myself just as much without them. However I decided to give using a trainer a go one last time at the local gym just to get another training programme. It was clear early on there was something different with Tibbs (one of the trainers with Jackjon). Due to some medical conditions mobility is a key area of development for me along with endurance with strength being a distant third. I now train with Tibbs 2 to 3 times a week as I find that his sessions have another unexpected benefit. I can get quite anxious and very nervous at times and in the past the best cure for this was a pint or few. It turns out that exercise does a better job at keeping anxiety in check than booze ever did. I have had rave reviews from my bosses and students alike over the past few months- I am more confident, more energised, happier and this serves to make me and my classes more interesting and fun. But if fitness is more your bag I have also lost 10kg in weight, almost doubled my strength on squat and bench press, increased the distance I can run to 13 miles, and made huge improvements on my flexibility.Just as the personal training steers clear of doing generic routines so too do the classes. The Primal Combat is done by Tibbs and is an amazing mix of pad work and circuit training which also incorporates a lot of working with others (in pairs). Not only does this build your fitness it allows you unleash any frustrations, agitations or worries through your fists into the pads allowing you to go home and end your evening chilled. The Bootcamp is a circuit with running and even a team game involving tyres. As with all circuits this is a full body cardio workout, but one that has been Jackjoned. The exercises not only build your endurance but also your mobility and the first few times you turn up you will be introduced to muscles you never knew you had- things like jousting lunges or bunny hops with barrels make use of stabilising muscles I never knew I had. The classes are also amazing because those that run them (Tibbs, Jackjon and Katy) are a really good laugh meaning that before you know it you're making new friends (something of an achievement for me as this normally only happens over a pint) and enjoying yourself- though don't think they'll be soft once the class starts.Much longer review than I was planning so here is the TLDR bit. If you have tried classes in gyms or have used personal trainers before and have been disillusioned by what you have received then give JackjonPT a shot. Jack and the team have been amazing to me, through letting me shadow them taking there classes..I now the top tricks (so you best look out now guys,ahaha). They are all enthusiastic, friendly, fun and professional coaches with excellent knowledge on their specific areas. I absolutely love going down to Bootcamp and Combat as I ALWAYS know I am going to get a gruelling workout whilst having a laugh. JackjonPT makes you want to progress and tackle the harder exercises. I would highly recommend anyone to use JackjonPT as you will have fun and reach and receive the results you want. All the team are incredibly motivating and encouraging and the small group classes allow you to improve your technique and fitness. I tried the gym for years but never got the results I have experienced with these guys. I sit on my arse at a desk all week, I enjoy my weekends and I can't stand gyms. Keeping myself in some sort of shape is a struggle but I've been going to Jack’s bootcamp sessions once a week for maybe 2 months now and I’m not looking back. I was noticeably fitter after just a couple of weeks and I’m now looking forward to the next session - something that’s never happened when I’ve been into gym/running/swimming/cycling.The sessions are relentless and by the time you’re finished you’re dead on your feet but Jack keeps the energy up throughout, keeps you motivated and about an hour after you feel brilliant! I’ve never been into this sort of stuff before but it’s paying off in buckets and I might even be starting to enjoy it, I’ll be booking on twice a week before long. Can’t recommend it enough! I've booked in for 8 weeks of Personal Training with Jackjon, it was something that I hadn't really considered before as I frequently attended the gym in the past so was happy with what I was doing. Due to other commitments, I got out of my routine and found it really difficult to get myself back into it - so although the concept of personal training was quite new to me, I definitely needed a kick up the backside. Jackjon made me feel very welcome, I've done my first two sessions with him and absolutely love it. Wish I would have done it in the past as I'm learning plenty of new things to help me, and I'm now also considering doing some of the group sessions that Jackjon also runs.If you're thinking about doing it you should definitely give it a go as there is no contract to tie you in, payments are flexible and the only commitment is to yourself and the initial drive to get in touch with him to book your first consultation (which is free by the way!) - would definitely recommend.
