What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Understanding Light! Photography is all about lighting. Lighting is the the element that captures the ambiance and mood of every photograph. Understanding how light works whether is be ambient light or manufactured light is integral to achieving captivating images.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
This of course would depend on the type of project? Portrait, Architecture, landscape, etc... Regardless of the final use of the image it is always important to understand a clients expectation of what the image or images will convey to those who are viewing them. Does the image get the message across? What is the usage and what is the message intended?
What do you love most about your job?
Working with people to capture amazing images that make them see themselves in a whole new light. Giving them images that they re proud to share, use and show off.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom and ability to control my own destiny and outcomes within an environment that I have always been passionate about.
