Jack Brown Videography was amazing from the beginning. Jack was so prompt and kind with his responses to all my questions. You can see how much care he puts into the work he does. I knew I could always count on him no matter what. He captured our special day in a way that we will remember and be able to look back on forever. I am so thankful for Jack and the beautiful work he does. Even more so, he gave us all the recordings of the speeches given that day and even though the day of the wedding went so fast, I am able to go back and listen to the sweetest words said by our loved ones. Jack did an incredible job filming my husband's deployment homecoming. Our two young boys were all over the place with excitement, but Jack was extremely patient with them, captured everything just right (including "the big moment"), and put it all together in such a beautiful way. It completely exceeded my expectations and still makes me tear up whenever I watch it. In addition to being very talented at what he does, Jack is detailed, thorough, professional, and kind. A “letter to you” review Absolutely one of the best things I’ve ever experienced. If your looking for amazing customer service, quick responses, and genuine people to film your shoot, I suggest Jack Brown Videography 100 percent. We literally went to Blaboa park where it’s not so quiet and somehow he managed to get s clear crisp audio even though there were planes in the back ground and kids playing on scooters. On top of all that he made it easy to do. He suggested bringing toys for our son, What to do. The one thing I loved is that he never asked me to change the letter I wrote to our son. In fact he made it better by allowing us to be a real and authentic as possible! He encouraged honesty and genuinety! I LOVE that. If all that wasnt enough, check this out, we left balboa at about 6:30 we got the video THE NEXT DAY before 2pm! You can’t tell me a place that does that.
