This place is amazing and far exceeded my expectations. Location is spot on, just a little noisy but to be expected at a weekend in the middle of Nottingham. One of my beds feels a little broken. We had 2 bed apartment with a kitchen and each bedroom had its own ensuite. The rooms are so spacious and impressive. Definitely look to come here again. More...

Well located for city centre. Decent facilties. Disappointed with the bed for the third guest. It gave him a bad back for whoch he had to take painkillers. Very clean and spacious.

A little disappointing, very dated room and a bit grubby but the location couldn't be more central

Quiet, yet centrally located, very close to amenities and carpark, which you have to pay extra for. Booking in was automated and a nightmare. We did raise during our stay via email and left phone messages about this. No one responded, so ignore the owners response to this review. Rooms very spacious, but out dated. In serious need of a refurb. Not convinced by cleaning of room, particularly the kitchenette area which was worrying given the covid context, shower was poor and cold. Additional complementary items were limited so you'd struggle for a longer stay. We did attempt to raise these issues and followed the instructions given. The information provided was out dated. The house keeper left over a year ago, but information file tells you to contact her for advice. Reasonably priced, but if you want ease, replacement towels, not having to buy your own toilet paper 🤣 pay a bit extra and stay somewhere else. More...

Avoid if you can! Very outdated hotel and unclean with an arrogant owner who charges a big deposit fee and will refuse to give it back to you. (As you can tell by all of his responses to people saying the same things) Pay the extra and stay in a hotel where you won’t come out with more extra charges, (deposit, car parking etc) I have never written a review before but this terrible hotel needed it. I stayed there from 28th October to 5th November. The stay was really nice. Entire caution deposit was release within one week from the last day of the stay. The room was neat and tidy. Proper lighting and heating was there in the room. I used the common laundry which was good too. The owners were polite and friendly throughout my stay.Only things I struggled was the check in process. It was bit difficult to find out the room key. Thats because I am new in UK. Except that everything was great. More...

Looks great on the pictures and the rooms were very generously sized but it is cold, noisy (single glazing in a busy city centre) and the furniture is uncomfortable. Unless you are absolutely desperate find somewhere else. More...

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
First of all we will have a consultation to really understand your motivation and fitness goals. From this, i will construct a bespoke exercise and nutritional plan, leading to clients achieving their goals and full potential.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and dedication to any exercise and nutritional plan. If people are willing o dedicate themselves to making real life changes, anything is possible.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to help others feel good about themselves. I'm very passionate about helping others become interested in bettering their own health and wanting to learn more.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After leaving university I became very overweight and unfit. I have always loved playing sports, but this added weight was inhibiting me in being able to do this. I became very upset about this until one day I decided no longer. I joined a gym, began eating healthier and sought advice from a PT myself to help me on my journey. Over the next 2 years i lost a total of 5 stone, became much stronger, much fitter, and was inspired to become a personal trainer myself to help others who achieve their fitness goals.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a hard working, dedicated trainer who's sole focus is you achieving your goals.
