I have taken my dogs here since 2014. I have a new puppy that just started going and he loves it! The training classes are fantastic and so are all the staff! Good retail store too!

This place is amazing. And its because of people like Cathy who fortunately for me answered the phone when I called.  I called as a new client, to get information about care for my senior dog and also for a puppy.  Cathy was so caring and does an amazing job of portraying that to the clients.... customer service is imperative especially with new clients and she is a great representative of the hospital.  I have a senior dog with a potentially critical condition, and neutering the puppy is more of a happy topic.  She cared so much about each pets issues, and cared about Sebastians condition.  Very patient and kind.  Unfortunately I had to call and cancel the appointment because the hospital does not accept Care Credit.  When I called back Cathy was the one that answered the phone.  She remembered me by name immediately and was as concerned and disappointed and I was about his condition and that I had to cancel his appointment.  We talked for some time, she actually cared enough to stay on the phone with me and talk about him.  I am really upset that I will not be a new client because of needing care credit.  And its people like Cathy that make the hospital different and special.  Customer service is the most important thing to portray to clients, after all this is about beloved pets.  I hope when you call the hospital you get Cathy on the phone!!! I absolutely love JM Pet Resort!  I am a new pet owner and I call them often with questions about my puppy.  Recently I visited the store to purchase food and I spoke with Crystal about my puppy not eating her food and a few other things that I noticed.  After a few minutes she discovered that my puppy was having an allergic reaction to her food.  We changed her food, her symptoms cleared up immediately, and she absolutely loves her new food.  So much so that she jumps up and down and goes crazy for it.  Thank you all so much for your understanding and assistance. I can't say enough good things about JM Pet Resort. We were looking for a place to board our rather anxious Havanese while my wife was having extensive surgery in the Boston area, followed by rehab. We are typically reluctant to board our dogs, but having someone stay in our house for a 10-day period was not realistic. JM Pet is clean and it is apparent that the staff cares about the animals...these are folks who love what they do, and it shows. The resort is clean and "happy." When I picked him up for the ride home, he was clearly well cared for and I've noticed that he now seems to be better socialized with other dogs and people. HIGHLY recommend. JM Pet Resort takes care of our dogs superbly! Only superlatives as far as hands-on dog care. However, communication with the staff needs work. We love JM Pet Resorts. Its close to home and work. They have everything any pet owner would need and want. Our Jasper goes to doggy daycare there and has also stayed a weekend there while we attended a funeral. Its nice to know that the owner and employees truly care about each pet. Hi My almost 4 yr old. 115 lb white German Shepherd Athena Started w J&M over the summer started w the 5 week training program although we missed her terribly I would highly recommend this program if u have a dog who needs some discipline or reinforcement training. Athena was pulling on her leach, jumping, barking at everything , begging and aggressive until the training all those bad behaviors are in our past She goes to the daycare and we start the obedience training next Sat to just reinforce her training more for her handlers who are learning... That would be me LOL....... I Also have had Athena. groomed all over my area in Canton Ma. and Always felt she shedded more fur when she returned well J& M Spa treatment is AMAZING . Her fur is silky soft, smells so good and no more fur all over my floors or car..... SIMPLY AMAZING . Yesterday my cat, Obsidian-Storm, was seen by Dr. Page and Amanda. Amanda fell in love with my little dude instantly. They were great. Turns out I was right, Sid is a diabetic. They walked me through the steps to give him insulin. Needles creeped me out before yesterday; now, thanks to them, I'm okay with it. I was struggling with the fragile syringe at first. My mini schnauzer has been part of the JM family for over two years. This is a top notch crew! From the owner right down to the newest employee, every interaction far exceeds my expectations of customer service. Every time! So great to leave my boy with people who truly care for and love animals. The grooming services leave my boy looking and smelling so handsome! Our 12 year old beagle was treated very well.  The staff and medical personel were all very personable with me and treated our loving beagle with the love and attention that she deserves.  The owner took the time to deal with a communication issue and bring postive closure to a minor incident that resulted from poor communication between the employees, management and myself(customer).  My family and our dog all appreciate the effort made to make the experience right and demonstrate the professionalism and excellence JM Pet Resort strives to achieve everyday.  Thank you JM and staff. I've been going to JM Pet Resort for 20yrs now and it just keeps getting better, it does and offers everything you need for your pets. From Vet care to boarding to daycare and all the food and supplies you need. Also offers grooming and will even pick-up and drop off your dog in their JMPR van. It was a great experience I got to express my love for animals I also learned how to multitask and be a good leader and I got to explain my theories on having a well-behaved and happy dog which involves spending a good amount of time with the owners of the dog which involves showing them how to have a fun and responsible and loving relationship with their pets all in all it was a wonderful experience.
