Our family house was suffering from sewage smells and overflowing toilets!! Not at all nice when you have 2 under 5's in the house and one on the way! James was friendly and very reassuring. He settled our nerves with a clear explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done. I couldn't recommend a better company to use! Very family friendly. The children especially like seeing in the drains using his CCTV camera. Always good to SEE what the problem is and not have to take someone's word for it, especially if you don't know them.
