Jessica is obviously a very experienced dog therapist and certainly knows what she is talking about and she appears to be very committed to achieving the right results.

We are 3 sessions in with Jessica and the difference she has made with Bailey and how we support Bailey has been fantastic.

Bowe improved after the first week of training from Jessica. The steps and reports she puts in place to work with are easy to understand and follow, as a result we have a completely different, calmer, less anxious dog! Brilliant service!

Jessica came to ours to help with our boisterous 11 month old German Shepherd. What she has done is help us transform our beautiful boisterous puppy into a well behaved dog. Jessica is wonderful her simple methods have helped enormously we’re not afraid to have visitors anymore. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone wanting advice or help with their dog. Jessica was really good with our nervous and aggressive dog. He loved her by the end of the hour long session. She gave us follow up advice and was contactable in a crisis.

Jessica came out to our house to give us advice and tips on training our naughty puppy, we have found this advice really helpful and are so glad we hired Jessica.

After failed attempts from vets and behaviourists recommend by vets in the past (whom one wouldn’t enter the room my dog was in? ???), last resort was to send him to Jessica. My dog has been a few times to jck9 services and I wouldn’t send him anywhere else! He’s so much calmer and better behaved and I’m learning how to understand him better ????. It has to be someone special to take care of my furbaby ...... and Jessica is that someone. I first met her and Ted when my German shepherd was 6 months old, I knew from the minute we met she was fab! Harvey was putty in her hands within moments. I have used her again recently, my boy is now 13 months. Her soft, calm approach works wonders on him. Jessica speaks in easy to understand words and doesn’t judge you. She explains things and why certain things don’t work and shows easy examples of how to correct unwanted behaviours. I am dertemined to keep up the great work she has done with him as it really is not difficult as it’s small simple things that work. Absolutely amazing, I have a 3yr old staff and a 9 month old Lab and the were so boisterous, naughty at times and didn't listen to commands. Jessica had them in boarding for 3 and a half days whilst we went on a little family break and wow what a difference, both dogs are so calm and obey everything and we can even take them for a walk without them taking us. Please do not doubt this service as I am overwhelmed with the outcome. Jessica you are a star and we will be using you regular for top up sessions. Many many thanks for making things so much easier. Before Jess came to us walking our dog Bobby, a gorgeous yet hyperactive douge de Bordeaux, was almost impossible, he constantly pulled and on occasions had even pulled me over when he saw another dog, we were seriously concerned that if we couldn't walk him safely, it wouldn't be fair to him to keep him. .. From Jess' first visit shed had a massive impact on Bobby's behaivour, and within weeks had given me the tools to walk him, even on my own.... Whilst training him of course on occasion Bobby would misbehave, and I even had another dog walker shout at me(even though he had a training collar on), which knocked my confidence but Jess was always at the other end of the phone to reassure me and give me tips. I cannot recommend Jess and her services enough, her love for what she does and knowledge is so reassuring and has helped Bobby and I in leaps and bounds. Thank you Jess!!! More...

We didn’t think we would ever get our rescue dachshund to calm and feel comfortable in our house but in 5 minutes, Jessica was able to do just that! She was able to give us loads of simple and effective tips so we can carry on to help Dottie settle. We have had 2 sessions with our Labrador pup Maddie and have already noticed a considerable change in Maddies walking and she has stopped jumping up at home.
Jessica is friendly, professional and a fountain of information. We are so glad we went 1 to 1 with Jessica as Maddie was not benefiting from previous group training we had tried. Would definitely recommend Jessica . More...

Absolutely fantastic Trainer. I am now enjoying walking my dogs, thanks to Jessica, because before her arrival, I could not walk my dogs as they pulled to much on the lead, cannot thank her enough

Jessica is a fantastic trainer, I have 2, 2 year old Boxers who were in need of training on the lead, within minutes of her arrival she had them walking so much better and showed me how to do it, now I am taking them out which is something I couldn't do before. she instantly puts you at ease and is so understanding. and her methods are so easy to understand. I never thought I would be able to walk my 2. as I suffer with my knee and have breathing problems, but Jessica changed all that. I cannot thank her enough, because, I can now enjoy my beautiful dogs even more, by sharing in their walks More...

Jessica was brilliant with TJ he absolutely loved her and got his problem sorted in no time, I would definitely recommend her to anyone, and would use again.

We called Jess due to problems getting our puppy, George, back on the lead when out on walks. He never ran off but he wouldn't come close enough for us to clip him back on or even happily have his collar put on. We felt like we had tried everything. Jess was amazing!! She spent hours with us discussing the approach we should try and possible reasons behind his behaviour. It took a few months of ups and downs but now George comes back onto his lead every time on small and big walks!! Jess has a wealth of knowledge and I would most definitely call her again if we needed any further advice. Thank you so much!! More...
