I create programmes using a scientific, evidence based approach to ensure clients are getting the most out of their exercise every time they step into the gym.

There is no secret. As long as you stick to what is planned you will achieve your goals. You just have to trust the process!

I love helping people to achieve their goals while educating them along the way, pushing them beyond what they thought was possible!

Having been through my own weight-loss I want to help and teach others how to go about it, not through trial and error which is how I started out.
I want to teach people about proper nutrition and correct training, not just tell them what to do or what to eat. Everything I plan serves a purpose.

I offer a no nonsense, science based approach to training and nutrition.

Yes. I offer online coaching services as wells as over Zoom or FaceTime.

Services

Anybody who wants to add explosive movements to their current training, try a new sport, those who just want to give it go, or for the more experienced to improve on their technique and enter competitions.
No experience is required as you will be taught how to perform the lifts correctly.

Not sure if Personal Training is for you? Book in for a trial week and receive a one week, fully personalised programme that includes 3 PT sessions along with nutritional guidance.

For those looking to make a change towards a more healthy lifestyle or those looking to take their training to the next level. These sessions will be gym based.
