Took my laptop in with a broken screen on Tuesday, had a call asking which resolution screen I wanted put in as it was quite expensive, so I opted for the cheaper one, which ended up being unavailable, but Kingsley managed to get the price down by £40 for me. My Dell/Alienware laptop failed while I was overseas. With the BIOS indicating a CPU failure. Several businesses were not interested in getting to the bottom of the issue and recommended I get in touch with Dell. With the laptop being out of warranty, which Dell wanted £600 per year to continue and it only being 2 years old I was left a little annoyed. I contacted iTech and dropped it off the same day. The following day I got a phone call saying that it was sorted. A simple corrupted BIOS which was reflashed along with the motherboard. A complete diagnostic and done. £60 saving me a potential fortune. Polite, professional and straight to the point makes this my 1st port of call should there be any issues in the future. iTech were great. My MacBook pro ( mid 2012) was running slow; frustratingly slow! I had already cleared the memory and was using iCloud for storage. I'd followed every piece of advice I could find on the internet to speed up my mac and nothing worked. Just as I thought the only solution was to face the huge price of a new one, I phoned with Kingsley at itech first. He was great. Friendly, and helpful, he explained what he could do, how it would work on my machine and how much it would cost. I took my MacBook in on Monday afternoon and picked it up on Tuesday morning!
