This is a great place to stay for business or pleasure! Probably the only complaint is the concierge gives a ticket expecting a tip every time you use them. This place provided excellent service A+ for sureThere is a mens hair salon next to main lobby in case you need a touch up. Bathrooms are clean and even have a phone. So the yuppies can do business calls while they are taking care of business droppin' deuce or whatever, and the toilet flushes very quiet so no one can tell youre in a bathroom. You can also use it to order food, or if you fall in and get stuck.Very clean room overall and right in downtown so you can walk everywhere.My only complaint is the TV was too dark so I couldnt see it well. The room was great but the hotel had 4 elevators and only 2 worked but there was no sign saying the other two were down. It took a very long time to get an elevator. We stayed at the Westin River North the weekend of our wedding. We rented a suite and it was massive and a perfect size for everyone to get hair/makeup done the day of the wedding. Everyone was extremely nice from the minute we arrived to valet, to check in, and throughout our entire stay.
