I feel compelled to write this review because of the excellent service I received whilst taking Inverness Taxi's during my stay. I want to give a special thank you to the driver Susan who was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! If it wasnt for her my trip would not have been so wonderful. I called a taxi from my hotel in Inverness and went out to Culloden Battlefield (excellent), I was lucky enough to get Susan as my driver, she took me out to Culloden and along the way we had a fantastic conversation, the drive was almost too short! As i was getting out I asked her some advice to get to Clava Clairns and she gave me some great directions and then asked me how i was going to get back, when I told her I was going to call and ask for a taxi again she immediately made plans with me to come back to Clava Clairns to get me I was so happy, I really enjoyed her company but didnt want to tie her up all day as its a bit of a ways out of town. We made arrangements and she showed up early and was happy to wait for me at Clava Clairns, from that point I asked her to take me up to loch ness and I went on a boat tour and everything and she waited for me and was so patient and kind. We spent the whole time in the car talking, she was absolutely lovely and I cannot thank her enough for all the time she took out of her day to drive me around and wait as well with nothing but kindness and patience. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Inverness Taxi's really made that part of my trip so special, when Im back Ill be giving them a call without hesitation and of course asking for Susan! hahaha More...

In October 2018 my sister and I hired Inverness Taxis for a private tour. We had the good fortune to get Paul as our driver. He was a gentleman from the minute he picked us up until he dropped us back at the hotel, which was 7 hours! He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently stayed with the car while we walked and did some sightseeing in our own. We could not have asked for more! If we are fortunate enough to go back we will definitely hire him again! Thank you Paul!!! More...

Use Inverness Taxis regularly and they've always been very helpful! Using their booking app has made my life easier as I'm not always the great with phone calls but they're always been friendly and helpful when I have called!

Brilliant service. Collected me on time, with tracking details, in a car plenty big enough for me and my children, and was even happy to come all the way up to the moored boat I had been on! The lady on the end of the phone was a delight and the driver was kind and very interesting to talk to. Sadly I live at the opposite end of the country to them otherwise I would use them again! Friendly taxi drivers that are plentiful in the area. Do watch them... im pretty sure they put the price up for tourists. Just watch for them pressing a button near the meters

Nice slick and clean cars including AUDI A8s. A fare from the center to the outskirts should run you 8 or 9 quid.
If you are in a group of more than 2 or 3 people... it's more worthwhile than the buses.
