After 15 years of trying to get a settlement in the UK and many dishonest Solicitors, I can honestly say that Estelle was a breathe of fresh air, she was helpful and informative and always kept me in the loop regarding my case and laws that changed. I highly recommend Irving and Co and would give more stars if possible. I had my ILR refused on incorrect grounds (having completed the process on my own). Janet Irving dealt with my case and she was instrumental in filing the necessary paperwork for a reconsideration request, following up on and more often than not, chasing the relevant parties for responses and action to be taken. She was wonderful to work with - very professional, patient, calm, kind and incredibly thorough. I cannot recommend her more highly! She has worked with friends of mine for a similar application and I found her through them (and they cannot speak more highly of her as well!)I never felt that the distance was an issue - even though she is based between the Brighton and London office of the firm and I live in London. I am writing for those who are struggling with visa problems as I had the same experience for a long time.
When I was thirdly refused to expand my visa to stay in England, all of friends and specialists told me "It was impossible to get the new visa.
