My signature dish is the grilled lobster tail, Parmesan risotto, and grilled asparagus.

The purpose of the consultation is to discover the nuisances of the customers palate and goals for their event. Once we identify those elements, we recommend a menu that is ideal for the client.

Putting a smile on the faces of those we touch through food, is my what I love most.

The challenges of finding the ideal food for my children, who suffered from food allergies. I am Chef, why not be their primary source of meal preparation. Then I wondered if there were others who are having a hard time getting good food prepared with their needs in mind.

We seek to positively transform people’s thoughts about what catering and meal prep should be.
