they fitted a replacement screen for phone x. 2 weeks later it started glitching, took protective case off and could see light coming through bottom and not fixed on top left. took it back to say not fitted properly and they said I had dropped it and would not replace or repair. I stood my ground and argued the facts and they threw my phone out off the shop on to the pavement in the rain and told me to get out. I am calling Yorkshire Post, Watchdog and seeking consumer guidance I'm not being ripped off. I've never seen anything like it in my life. A disgrace. Offered a hush deal later for £70!! Went in store even after arranging my phone to be delivered by post. Gentlemen at the desk was very helpful. Long story short, screen was replaced in 2 hours as opposed to waiting up to 2 weeks through postage.

these guys are nothing less than experts when it comes to fixing small electronics. My BIOs chip fried after a power cut on my Dell motherboard, suffice to say william and his team work tirelessly to fix it, they kept me updated throughout the whole process.

The first time I was impressed with the honesty and advice as well as the fair price compared with others when my wife's Galaxy S4 needed a new screen. Similarly when my own S5 needed a new screen they ordered in the part and repaired it in quick time. This is the second time in about three months I’ve smashed my screen and needed it replacing. iphone repair leeds replaced the screen initially and did a great and expeditious job for a great price. This time was no different with the same manager replacing my cracked screen. In addition I got a screen protector and a new case which was my decision and not initiated or pushed by the manager.
