Inventory Owls was created to provide professional detailed property reports for the benefit of Landlords, Tenants, agents and Property Management companies.
With over 7 years experience within the Inventory and property management industry and having been trained to APIP standard, the reports are designed to accurately describe the condition at the start of the tenancy and clearly highlight cleaning, maintenance or damage issues at the end of the tenancy to aid the deposit return process for all parties with clear indicators of responsibility.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety of properties and agencies I see on a daily basis. Creating a detailed inventory is important to help both Landlords and Tenants in relation to the tenancy and I feel that my report is an important tool to facilitate a fair and accurate description which protects both parties independently.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When working for Dexters as a property manager, part of my role was to carry out the deposit returns following the end of a tenancy and having to use inventories that were either of poor quality or lacked the details to be able to make a determination of responsibility made me look at providing this service myself.
Also with several old agency clients and landlords asking for my advice on inventory companies to a use, it made me realise there is a need for a reliable accurate service.
