Sump pump broke on a cold, rainy Saturday so we immediately contacted Intelligent Plumbing. Neal arrived quickly to save the day. He explained everything so clearly and at a level I understood. He went above and beyond simply replacing the pump to ensure everything was in working order and perfectly clean by the end. Neal is so pleasant and knowledgable. Neal Deacon did a great job of installing a new kitchen faucet. He is bright, courteous, VERY friendly and does excellent work. The hole in my granite counter was not large enough for the new faucet. He tried drilling it with the bits on hand but had to got to Home Depot and spend $50 for another. The job took at least an hour longer than expected. The original estimate was all I was charged. I wish I had more work for Neal as I would love to have him come back just for his delightful personality--and he is an efficient, excellent plumber! More...

Bravo! My wife and I had a July 4th eve plumbing situation that needed immediate attention. One of our kitchen sink pipes had a big hole in it and we panicked because we were one day away from Independence Day. I went online and searched for any plumber who could help us out before the holiday. I found Intelligent Plumbing by chance and they said that they'd send someone out shortly.

Sure enough, Neal D. got to our home within the hour. I was amazed at how fast he got to us. I was worried we'd have to wait a long time. Neal's customer service was spot on! He provided us options and thoroughly explained what he was going to do. The work was done efficiently and right on the mark. I LOVE Intelligent Plumbing!!! I have been using them for over 5 years. My mom used them also. I am a real estate investor and these guys have NEVER let me down. Neal saved the day today!

I was stranded with my toddler and a dead car battery 10 miles from home. With my jumper cables in hand I tried to hail several strangers -- no luck. That is until Neal drove by in his *Intelligent* truck and offered a jump. He was friendly, kind and personable. He had my car going in no time. I can't yet testify to his skills as a plumber, but I can say without reservation that he is helpful and courteous. Next time I need a plumber I know who I'll call. Thanks Neal! More...

True Professionlism from Kerr Mechanical team.
I want to share my very positive experience with the owners Jason and Bob who personally showed up at my building to assess ths water main issue for my rental property. They were contacted on Friday afternoon and committed to be there the next day/Saturday to replace the busted water main pipe and install a new copper plumbing from the sidewalk b-box to my building. They were able to do this job with hardly any damage to the sidewalk and concrete entry way. Jason also took care of all the permit process and inspection on the next working day (Monday). Kerr Mechanical has been in business for a long time and I really appreciate their level of professiolism and expertise to get the job done right. I have already referred them to anybody who I shared my experience and will continue to do so. I HIGHLY recomment Kerr Mechaincal and their plumbing division 'Intelligent plumbing' to anyone who needs small or big plumbing jobs. Very easy going and nice to do business with.
