Poor service, I wanted 5 sunflowers the young girl did not know the price. She phoned for confirmation, whilst serving me someone else walked into the shop, she stopped serving me, turned to the new customer , he wanted a sunflower sold him one totally ignored me

When I was looking for a florist last year Hannah at Inspirations was the first I looked at and the last From the start of my enquiry she had lovely suggestions, put my mind at ease. We got married last Sunday at Bagden Hall it snowed heavy but Hannah didn't let me down. Absolutely gorgeous bouquet, bridesmaids flowers and button holes.

A Massive thank you to Hannah who did the flowers for our wedding on June 2nd. I cannot praise Hannah enough, she is professional, talented and a really lovely person. My bouquet was above and beyond my expectations and i had so many compliments and guests asking where i had my flowers done. I found inspirations whilst looking for a florist for my wedding. Hannah listened to all my ideas and have great advice on what she thought worked well and what would make the flowers look even better. We ended up ordering flowers for the whole wedding, bouquets, buttonholes and all the centrepieces and the end result was more than we could ever dream of. The quality of the flowers was fantastic and the prices are very competitive! Throughout our wedding I couldn't believe how many comments we got from people about the flowers! Cannot recommend Inspirations Florists enough! Hannah did my flowers for our wedding in September and they were absolutely beautiful! Every detail was taken into account and nothing ever felt like it was too much, or that I was being too picky! Hannah at Inspiration florist did an amazing job with our wedding flowers in March 2016. With us being based in London we couldn't visit that often, but Hannah was happy to share photos and talk frequently over the phone to help us decide what we wanted. I got all my wedding flowers from this florist and they were amazing! From the ordering to the delivery everything was easy and stress free. .. I went with my ideas of what I wanted and Hannah gave me ideas of what would look good and they were perfect, i wanted fresh flowers on all the tables but didn't have a huge budget so she helped me work it all out and they were better than what I could have imagined. We got married last week and Hannah at Inspirations Florists did our flowers. Hannah is not only an excellent florist but an extremely likeable person. From the minute my partner, Tom and I met her to order our wedding flowers she couldn't do enough for us. She went through everything with us and was very patient with the amount of changes we made with the flowers and colours we wanted. We met Hannah at a wedding fair and then again in the shop. During the consultation for our wedding flowers she listened carefully and exceeded all our expectations; our bouquets, button holes, centrepieces and church flowers were perfect. Her attention to detail was clear and the colours and flowers in our arrangements were exactly as we wanted. The compliments were flowing. TERRIBLE !!!! Will never shop there again or recommend to anyone. Called into the Salendine Nook shop to buy my wife some flowers, and attach a card with Ed Sheeran tickets, was told I "had to have long stem flowers" but wanted short ? , finally got through to shop owner what I wanted, but requested bigger bouquet, asking for lilly`s but told it would be whatever is left over. Why have a minimum spend on flowers if wanting delivery ? Surely if your paying the £3.50 delivery anyway, why should it matter how much you spend on flowers, (only going a mile down road) your not a takeaway offering food with free delivery on orders over £10...Service was poor, try selling what the customer wants....NOT what YOU want to sell them !!! Hannah did all the flowers for our wedding, and they were amaaaaaaaazing! Hannah is super friendly, and brings to life your ideas better than you imagined. When she delivered the flowers to the wedding venue she even helped set up the cake ... now not every florist would do those extra bits. I would recommend Hannah without a shadow of a doubt to anyone for wedding flowers. I will also start to make the slightly further journey than usual and use Hannah for any future bouquet gifts I may purchase. Fantastic florists! Fresh flowers every day and they will always try to get what you want.
