What inspired you to start your own business?
Independence - Being able to go the way I wanted to go. And ... Strangely enough ... Security. With other people working with me, I could guarantee that when I was ill someone else would help me to keep running the business .....

Free start up business advice
An open and completely confidential 1-to-1 discussion about the pros and cons of owning and running your own business and identifying your best route to setting up a successful and enduring business without the pitfalls. This may, or may not result in us working together to create your plans and if required, funding approaches, but at least you will have an honest appraisal and good guidelines of what to do next.
Start up or Scale up Funding Assistance
In order to approach funders you will need a set of documents: A fully costed business plan with a Target Operating Model(TOM), including a risk register and showing the best, median and low business forecasts.
Together with this you will need a 10-page presentation and a 2 page 'teaser' document. This can be created by you with some days of guidance from me. This approach will mean that you can minimise your outlay and achieve a professional set of credible documents.
Management Team Strengthening
Investors will want to see a strong and capable team. My CV is extensive and powerful, with a range of FTSE100 clients, where I have defined large development projects and saved their failing projects. For an approach I believe in I am happy to join as a part-time team member to give the funders a great deal of confidence in the proposal.
