Ekram is a historic restoration contractor as per my known, he is a professional contractor , we had seen many of his work. And we had met so many times where Ekram came back and forth , answered our questions and concerns . We have made lot of thoughts and research before hiring this company . Ekram was fantastic to deal with. He was timely and professional. We had ripped out replaced multiple windows and doors on a 1940s home which left some pretty shoddy walls behind and he was able to revamp them back to life in an afternoon! It was extremely difficult to find anyone who was able to match this specific stucco style and his work exceeded our expectations! It was clear Ekram knew what he was doing when he came to the property for a quote and he carefully inspected each spot where the repairs were needed. He always communicated his schedule throughout the project, and his team always left the worksite clean and organized. I’m glad we used Ekram for our facade renovation work, our brownstone facade and stoop was a disaster. Old facade was very porous and chunks of the layer of stone was falling apart. After researching Ekram and his company Innovation we decided to go with them . I must say that he is very knowledgeable on the work ethics . The work quality is phenomenal. They were also licensed and insured under certain limits as required from my broker. Ekram has been very punctual on the entire performance of this project . They cleaned up very well. I've been meaning to do this review for quite a while, it's been over nine weeks since Innovation Construction completed our home project. We purchased a home last year that was a roughly 4200 ft and required a lot of stucco work on both the outside and inside. Ekram was so honest and trustworthy. I needed a complete remodel of my two-bedroom guesthouse, and I mean they gutted the entire house down to the studs. I interviewed 7 other construction companies before deciding on Innovation Construction. They were hands down the most professional, understanding, down to earth people out of all the companies I interviewed, they just where really interested in what I wanted. I can only say good things about the Innovation Construction team. The owner came out to meet me very promptly and got back to me with estimate within a couple days, the guys were very clean and respectful of work space, they added a stacked stone veneer to a 3 ft wall wrapping the yard and a new walkway up to the door. It's beautiful all my neighbors compliment the job and the curb appeal it has brought to the house. The price was reasonable and comparably lower than 2 other estimates I received.Love it! More...

They do good work and are responsive. If you use them, be sure that you'll have a great experience. In my specific instance, they helped out with repairing brownstone steps and facade. The work turned out great with these guys. Some companies I contacted wouldn't touch the work based on the material I wanted to use (special brownstone-like compound as opposed to concrete).
