A great website communicates everything you want customers to know and remember about your business... The layout and navigation should be intuitive and easy to use, and the design should be engaging and unique, standing you out from your competition.

I would ask clients what is the story behind their business. Who are the people they want to connect with. What is their budget and timescales. Have they got any initial ideas that they want to develop.
