Farnon & Lake was created in July 2017 and we approached Ina Fox Creative with a design brief for our website. We needed a portal that would effectively communicate with our potential audiences as well as offer something for existing clients, with multiple pages required along with the ability for us to make amends and maintain control of the content at all times. Ina was extremely competent and professional, guiding the team through the process of creating a clean, effective and engaging website. She ensured that the mechanics of the site were sound and advised on how to ensure our social media channels would continue to drive visits to the website once it was live. She demonstrated a very keen ability to understand our needs despite us starting the project from a concept, rather than coming to assist with an existing website that required upgrading or reviewing. The team has developed key skills in website management and updating thanks to Ina’s guidance and skills.
