Imperial Car Rental

We booked a car in Andros in June 2022 . The online service given by Imperial was very efficient and clarified our query regarding the location of pick up point. We we’re a bit concerned to discover that the company was Apollo because of the poor record of this company Our experience was very positive.It’s a small office providing good service. They took the time to check the car with us and explain special features .We had no problems with the car that we requested (a small automatic) .The payment and insurance details were explained clearly .Like to point out that the out that although we paid extra for full damage waiver insurance was not all-inclusive as we assumed . Think this is the policy of Imperial and not necessarily Apollo.
Would not hesitate to use Apollo directly next time More...

Absolutely disgusting. They cancel my booking 2 days before I arrive in Cyprus and I made the booking 3 months before! I tried to book an other one from them but of course they didn’t have any availability! I end up without car for my 6day holiday.
You can never trust them, don’t hire from them. You might end up walking to everywhere! More...

Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση! Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό. Σε κράτηση τελευταίας στιγμής στην περιοχή της Αθήνας μας βρήκανε και baby seat σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση! Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι το αυτοκίνητο που μας δώσανε ήτανε σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση. Σίγουρα θα σας προτιμήσουμε ξανά. More...
