I'm reposting my review as I deleted it after promises to right the damage. However, despite initial indications that they would do something about it, they haven't returned my phone call to arrange a date for the work to be done. .. Sadly my experience of this company is extremely poor. They damaged my wall while doing my neighbours front garden. The wall was knocked so that the middle bowed and I caught them bashing it back with a mallet! They did a couple of spots of repointing but I am still left with cracked bricks and an unsafe wall. When I rang (after receiving no reply to my messages) I was laughed at by the owner and told not to be so emotional. He eventually listened and agreed to ring me in a few days to arrange a date to come out with his bricky. That was over two weeks ago now. So I'd avoid this company like the plague! More...

I received a call from phill asking to leave a review on new site he had joined. Impact paving done a resin installation on my driveway inn 2014. And year later they done my patio. Me and wife had already made our mind up on resin pathways and the patio. after see a driveway done bye impact driveway company inn the same street as us. we decided on one colour for the front.(deltex white) and (golden autumn quartz) out the back. Both turn out Beautiful. And we decided go head and have the driveway done. Witch we was gonna wait till later inn year. But after seeing the work on the garden and patio it twisted our arm. The only complaint I have with this company. Is that a few days before the work was scheduled to start I got a phone call stating they would after move the job back acouple of weeks due to running behind on there work load. Witch I appreciate can happen. but I fort they could of given me more notice (at least a week) so I had to reschedule my dairy and plans. Aside from that everything ran really smoothly. I was originally wanting a qoute for power cleaning my back patio. (Paving) witch was becoming really tired looking and hard to keep clean. I was talked though the befits of resin and shown some samples and how it could be layed on top of excising patio as it was in reasonable condition to do so . and left to think it over. I later decided to go head with this. and asked for design to placed in the center of patio. witch I had looked up online.
