Joanne made a wonderful 40th birthday cake for my daughter and her friend. I had a very vague idea of what I wanted and Joanne was so helpful with advice on what would work. Her attention to detail is quite amazing and the finished result was the best cake I have ever seen. Everybody commented on it at the party and my daughter and her friend were really delighted. Joanne made the cake for our wedding yesterday at Eaves Hall and it was absolutely delicious and perfect in every way. We had a 4 tier cake in a variety of different flavours which was beautifully iced and decorated with iced flowers which matched our colour scheme. Fabulously skilled. 5 Stars. I asked Joanne if she could make a pretty accurate British Airways Concorde cake, complete with a model of my wife, complete with BA uniform that displayed a detailed design of the silver & blue cravat she wears on gaining her promotion. Joanne produced an incredibly highly detailed cake that absolutely blew us away. My wife was overwhelmed by the whole thing and was extremely grateful for the amount of effort that obviously went into its creation. Jo created a cake for my girlfriend's 50th birthday and to say it was wonderful would be a massive understatement. I asked for a custom design with her dog as the theme and when I collected it I was overcome. It looked better than I could ever imagine. However, this was massively superceded by how it actually tasted. I can honestly say that I don't think I have EVER tasted a cake so light, so enjoyable and so tasteful. The cake made my girlfriend's birthday special and that is down solely to Jo's skill, commitment and flexibility with her customers requests.
