First of all I'd like to say another huge thank you to Thom and Nick at Image Photography for playing such a huge part in our wedding day. They didn't just take photographs, they created fantastic lasting memories, and we had such a laugh taking them, even the guests said how much fun it was watching us have our pictures taken. I didn't like the idea of everyone having to spend time posing with a forced grin like many other wedding photographers insist on, so I loved the way Thom and Nick were so candid and captured real aspects of the day and seeing people's real emotions. Thom went above and beyond especially to make our special day, as even though his wife took ill, he still managed to attend and do his absolute best for us, and he also arranged for Nick who arrived at very short notice to make sure I got all the photographs I wanted. We were absolutely blown away by the photographs, and I still bawl like a baby every time we watch the video put together for us. The drone photography was amazing, it took my breath away watching the footage back. Thank you again, so much, for all your hard work. It truly made our day. More...

What can I say about Image and its leading man Thom...
I loved his work from the minute I saw it and yes we took advantage of his £500 offer but, as I told him on the day, we'd have happily paid full price for such quality.
He was always contactable by e-mail and in our pre wedding meeting put us at complete ease.
On the day itself (14/06/14) he was amazing-taking over 2200 shots but never once making it feel like he was in the way. He did his job with professionalism and also had a laugh. He worked with our DVD guy like they were best mates even though it was the first time they'd ever met! Even our guests and venue commented how brilliant he was and the venue took his card so they can recommend him.
The photos themselves were available just a few days after the wedding and we love them...Thom has a real talent for capturing relaxed emotion.
We're getting our thank you cards from him and when we need a photographer in the future then we won't call anyone else.
Thom @ Image is the only place you should go...many out there will charge double his prices and more yet you won't receive better quality or deal with a nicer or more professional guy.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
I find firstly making sure your subject(s) are comfortable around you really helps, so i really try and get to know my couples before I take a single shot. I also find taking a photograph when the subject doesn't realise you're taking it gives the best results; natural, candid photos really show the love and emotion of the day, far more than a staged photo can.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I always try to get to know my clients first; if they feel comfortable with me then we can work together really well. By doing this I can tailor my approach to your wedding photography because I know a little about you - what you like and don't and what would make things just that little bit more special.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that I am trusted to take the photographs that will last a lifetime - all those memories, love and emotion that'll be shared and treasured by so many people. I love working with people and ultimately making their big day just that little bit more special.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love working for myself as I can decide how things are done which means I can change things to serve my clients' best needs without having to speak to someone else!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am passionate about both wedding photography and photography in general. I have years if experience across several genres of photography and I have run my own wedding photography business for nine years. In that time I have photographed many, many hundreds of weddings and have honed my skills in both taking the photographs and the service i provide to you. I've invested many thousands of pounds in the best equipment for the job as well as taking on further professional training with the Royal Photographic Society...In short...i'm committed to my craft!

I capture the memories from the start of your shared life together; so you can enjoy them for ever more.
I don't hold the copyright of your photographs so you're free to do with them as you will although I do offer cost-price photo printing via my website. I now offer video and photographic coverage from a state-of-the-art drone free of charge.
I always like to meet with you at least once before the big day, get to know you and understand what's important to you so I can capture truly unique photographs that you'll love.
And best of all...you can now pay for your photography monthly at no extra cost

The standard packages include a USB with all your photos pre-loaded complete with 10 of your favourite photographs printed (10x8 inch) with mounts in a beautiful case to keep those memories safe.
My presentation packages comes in a beautifully presented, bespoke-designed set including an album & USB drive containing all of your photographs from your special day.
The Luxury package offers full day coverage and comes with both the presentation pack and one of my beautiful, hand-made leather albums with all your photographs in from your day
A part day booking is from two hours before the ceremony until the speeches, a full day booking is from two hours prior to the ceremony until the first dance. All images are copyright free.
