Luke Havard is a business investor and advisor with a deep passion and talent for growing, scaling and selling highly profitable and valuable businesses; and advising and partnering with established businesses to do the same.

Recent career highlights include:

* Helping a leading health food supplement company in San Diego to create a digital marketing strategy that will 4x their growth trajectory from $25M to $100M in the next 18-24 months.

* Advising a boutique designer furniture brand based in Holland to supersize their growth and scale from €12M to €50M+ in the next 12 - 18 months using mergers and acquisitions.

* Spent 3 weeks in January 2018 in Los Angeles, Arizona, and Medellin Colombia, advising on a $250M coffee plantation consolidation, setting key meetings with the largest investment banks and asset management firms in Los Angels and Medellin.

* Advised a software business in Canada to navigate a very large joint venture partnership with a $2B U.S. technology conglomerate which we anticipate will lead to the software business being acquired in the next 3-5 years.

* Was the founding partner and deal originator in a medical acquisition roll-up of 17 healthcare practices across the United States.

* Became a partner in a boutique digital M&A brokerage pioneering the buyer rep division which is helping 2,500+ investors to buy software businesses.

Luke’s commercial experience spans Europe, the U.S. Australia, and South America, working with private and public companies and local and central British government and includes such industries as professional services, software, E-commerce, healthcare, consumer goods, and consolidations.

Luke has been a director in numerous businesses both in the UK and overseas. More recently, Luke was a founding partner in both a boutique digital M&A brokerage and a principal private equity investment group with a focus on acquiring and partnering with global SME companies.
