What do you love most about your job?
The sheer variety of work I do and people I work for.
I love nothing more than finding out about new things and communicating with people.
Devon is a fabulous place to work - wonderful scenery, food and friendly people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to use my knowledge and skills in a different way and challenge myself.
My twin sons inspired the name. Isaac is the "I" and Felix the "F" in If... Media. The concept behind the name is the possibilities of using words and pictures effectively.
Why should our clients choose you?
Having worked as a journalist for decades, I am able to quickly get to grips with the bones of a business and identify stories and angles of interest which I convey in a straightforward, engaging way, through targeted press releases or clear, succinct copy.
The same applies to video. It's all about finding out what's of interest to your audience and putting the information across in a way that's engaging and easy to understand.
My experience in front of the microphone and camera means I am well-placed to help those who are out of their comfort zone doing media interviews. If Media's training workshops are designed to 'take away the fear' and help you fine tune your core messages.
