Steve did three lots of repairs for me: a garden fence and posts, a tricky bathroom repair involving awkward tiling and two bedroom doorhandles that repeatedly pulled away from the flimsy doors. Which interior design styles can you cater for?
We work directly with the customer to suit their specific needs, from contemporary modern to traditional styles and everything in between. If you are unsure, we can also put together moodboards, style guides and offer a bespoke design and build service to help you find that ideal look/ feel.
What do you love most about your job?
Several things.....
1. Being able to utilise my skills and experience to help people improve, repair and renovate their homes.
2. The exciting variety of jobs from one day to the next.....from hanging a mirror or building flat pack furniture to designing and building custom rooms, staircases and furniture!
3. Being able to offer customers a bespoke design/build/ repair service to suit their needs, in addition to the more standard 'off the shelf' solutions.
4. That smile on a happy customers face when they see that I go that extra mile to make sure things are just right.
5. The word of mouth recommendations that I receive from past customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A few things.....
1. The fantastic positive feedback from friends, family and colleagues who already know the quality of my work and have been telling me to take the plunge for years and set up on my own business.
2. Frustrated with the general lack of flexibility, design flair and poor service of many tradesman, I saw an opportunity to make a difference in the industry myself.
