Went there once with a friend when he was trying to recover data from a dead hard drive. The guy working there really knew what he was talking about and was really helpful; while nothing could be done with it, he tried several different things, including using his machine in store to try and get the important data off and seemed genuinely sorry he couldn't help further and didn't charge for trying.

Went there again to get small computer fitting, despite not being too good with technical words, he knew exactly what I meant, again helpful, making inquiries to make sure I had the right size. More...
