How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Each client has sessions designed specifically with their goals in mind. After a free first session we will discuss what is going to work for you and build from there. I offer support at every stage of the process and am happy to put you in contact with other relevant professionals and individuals as needed.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Setting goals, commitment to regular movement and a healthy diet. Finding a discipline you enjoy helps too! For me that includes yoga, climbing and strength training at the moment.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to help people achieve goals they never thought possible, which influences life outside the gym too. Sometimes the mental aspects of physical practice can be the most rewarding!
