Ian was so kind to do a photo shoot today with me, my partner and pup. We kept to the guidelines and done it socially distanced. Ian was great and so good with Barney! We could see he has such a passion for photography and his work it's just awesome, so detailed and he really captions the moments naturally. Highly recommend him, nothing is ever too much and hes patient and relaxed! we will definitely be having him again in the future! Cant wait to see the rest of the photos. Me and my husband we’re very pleased with Ian. He was fantastic during our wedding. We can highly recommend Ian for wedding photography. He did an engagement photo shoot for us, all day wedding photography starting at 8. 15am & finishing at 10.30pm and our beautiful wedding album with his prints in it arrived today. Ian is very hard working and was brilliant with all of our guests. We love the photos that he took, lots of natural looking ones as well as the group shots that we requested. Ian fry has been fantastic throughout the wedding process. He had a very relaxed and friendly approach from the beginning, and I felt that everything would be well looked after. I was not disappointed. He was very organised, familiarising himself with the Church and venue before the big day. On the big day he was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The photo booth was a huge amount of fun. The props were brilliant and the wedding guests thought it was fantastic and still comment about how much fun they had. I discovered Pat’s Yin Yoga class several years ago and I realized that I had made a great find ! I keep coming back to it . Pat starts class with a brief meditation and then proceeds to guide us into a series of yoga poses supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks. Each pose is held for several minutes .While we are in the pose, she reads to us wisdom teachings that she picks for the day. Other times, she guides us through a visualization of the chakras that have been opened up in each pose and informs us on the physical and emotional functions of the chakra as we meditate on them while enjoying the deep tissue stretch. Later, she does a reiki healing on each of us and we end with a final dedication of the practice. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful. Yin yoga is awesome to stretch the deep facia, lubricate large joints and prevent early arthritis. A great adjunct to aerobic exercise like walking, running and workouts at the gym. It is beneficial to everyone as our modern lifestyle includes a lot of sitting , causing tight hips low back and hamstrings. It is also wonderful recovering from an injury as you can modify each stretch to your comfort and still maintain your flexibility without loading the jointas in an active yoga class. I always feel rejuvenated after class, my joints limber and I walk taller ! I have noticed that taking yin yoga enables me to hold poses better in a regular yoga class. Pat is an experienced teacher, kind and always willing to share her deep knowledge of yoga. I highly recommend her class for its therapeutic and spiritual benefits . More...

I have been going to Yoga Suite & Barre for about a year now. I wanted to try yoga, but was intimidated to join a class with no prior experience. Fortunately, YSB offers a Brand New to Yoga series for 8 weeks. I signed up, and have never looked back! Michelle is so good and really breaks down poses for us - I never felt judged or frustrated that I couldn’t do something. I’ve since moved up to the Level 2 series and couldn’t be more pleased! Michelle has a way of gently challenging us while understanding that we are all at different places in our practice. I highly recommend taking Michelle’s class if you’re interested in getting started or just need to reconnect with the foundation of your yoga practice! More...

Yoga Suite and Barre has several new yoga classes! Gave them a try over the last few weeks and couldn't be more pleased. Yogalates on Wednesday evening is a great workout that combines both yoga and pilates ! Thursday night is Strengthen and Lengthen - this yoga classes focuses on poses that both strengthen your body and lengthen your muscles. Ian is an amazing, genuine and kind character. He made sure to take mine and my wife’s wishes into account at every moment of our big day and nothing was too much hassle, even when we were messaging him at ungodly hours of the night on the days leading up. He has a great professional manner, is happy to answer any and all questions but can also have a good laugh with you, which happened on a few occasions where my wife decided to go climbing on rocks along the beach for some impromptu shots Our guests had nothing but nice things to say as well as no one thought him intrusive, he was very well hidden throughout the day so guests could enjoy themselves but still managed to get the best album with a variety of shots. It’s almost magical how he does it!We picked the package with an engagement photo shoot as a bonus. We would highly recommend this as for starters it gets you into the feel of how he works and helps you to get to know one another before the big day :) For ours it actually started raining, but instead of cutting the shoot short he got us to leave the beach and carried on in a nearby arcade for what turned out to be the most fun and unique engagement shoot we could have asked for. As ladies who have spent lots of money on arcades during our Uni days in Blackpool this couldn’t have turned out more perfect. We could not recommend anyone better for the job! If you book Ian Fry you can be assured that you have booked an excellent photographer, who is trustworthy, reliable, incredibly hard working and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Ian photographed our wedding in June this year and we are so happy with the pictures that we have and the high level of service we received throughout the whole process. We had an engagement shoot prior to the wedding which was such a good opportunity to work together before the big day and get used to being in front of a camera! These pictures were taken at sunset at Westward Ho! and are stunning. On our wedding day we chose to have full day coverage and Ian arrived bright and early and clicked away from that moment on! He has a very gentle, and kind manner which puts you at ease straight away, to the point where you don't even notice that he's there (in a good way Ian!). We got married at the Barnstaple Hotel and also nipped over to Marwood Gardens for some photos just on our own, Ian visited the gardens prior to the day to get some ideas, and the memories that he has captured for us are gorgeous and we will treasure them for years to come I am sure. We asked Ian to take some family pictures whilst on holiday in North Devon for our 10th wedding anniversay as we knew he'd take good photographs. He hasn't disappointed us!

But more than just knowing what he's doing with a camera, he'd got ideas of where to go in the local area, could work with the changeable British climate and most importantly took the time to let two little ones just relax with him enough to be themselves when it came to photos.

Knowing that we ask people not to post photos of our little ones on social media he also respected that with how he posted about his day on his facebook page, which we really appreciated. Though in fairness, it has to be said, the ducks were very distracting...
