I attended my first appointment a year ago after avoiding the dentist for about 4 years. I was nervous and self-conscious at first, but my worries quickly disappeared as I was treated with kindness and professionalism every step of the way. My dentist Pinelopi is equal parts kind and competent, always ensuring I am involved in the decision-making and care plan which I really appreciated. So much to say about the I-Smile Dental clinic. It was my first dental clinic in Scotland, since I came about a year ago from Greece. I listened to mixed critiques about dentists here, and that is why I hesitated to go, up until I had a problem, and a friend of mine suggested the clinic. I went there and since my very first moments there I felt nice and welcome. The guy at the reception (Alexandros) is ALWAYS polite and very welcoming. They will find an appointment that fits your needs and they will inform you about anything you can possible have a question about. Now about the dentist, I got Pinelopi, and she is the best dentist I ever had! Once again, very polite, and she will never make you feel uncomfortable but very welcome instead, and you actually enjoy your time at the dentist! She is very careful not to hurt you and always gives the best possible suggestions. Positive change! I had to change my dental practice in Aberdeen because of staffing issues in the old one...I am very happy to have found i-smile. Fast appointments, hardly waiting and a very friendly attitude.It started with a filling but turned into a complicated root treatment over the weeks (my own fault...). I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Having a phobia of dentists I was extremely nervous but on my first visit the relaxed friendly atmosphere immediately put me at ease. The staff are professional, patient and understanding. Maria is not only a dentist but a magician the way she is transforming my teeth and building my confidence. I could not be more delighted or amazed with the results. Thank you Oxana for holding my hand when I get needles and to Alex for making up a great plan for me and allowing me to do it at my own pace. I am a client of I-Smile for more than 3 years. I had experience with other 2 dentists in the clinic. However, ANTONIO is the best one! !! I would not say that I like visiting the dentists, but he built up the trust between me as the client and him as a doctor. I feel more confident attending appointments. He always gives advice for better treatment and listens very careful all wishes and worries. After having spent the past 45 years petrified of Dentists, I can honestly say Georgio (hope the spelling is correct)... .He is A GOD all my fears have been put to rest and I wouldn't hesitate to see him again....he cares about his patients and is very reassuring...if you suffer like I did for all those years.
