Having used various other plumbing services and never being fully satisfied with them for various reasons I was recommended to Igor and I am so happy I found him! We had some boiler issues and Igor made time to immediately come and see us! He sorted our issues quickly and cost effectively, he also identified other issues which previous plumbers hadn’t bothered to alert us to, I was very impressed with his professionalism, speed & costs! It's been YEARS since - for plumbing and heating - I have experienced this kind of great service. Had an underfloor heating problem, Igor was quick to respond, to discuss diagnosis on the phone, and kind enough to come after a long day's work to attempt a fix, bringing a part he thought might be at fault. Works and leaves place clean, respects one's home. He was also happy to give advice on the phone using pictures to help me (lay person), to save another visit.
